Pork and Scallion Dumplings

These delicious dumplings made my family never want to get dumplings from a restaurant again. In this recipe pork is used, but when I made them I used chicken and they were amazing.

I made my own dough because in quarantine I have a lot of extra time on my hands. I also bought some pre-made wraps because I had extra filling. The handmade dough was definitely better than the pre-made wraps, but both were great.
